Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings.

Deposits may be required for selected services, large bookings, and group events.
