Booking Policies
PAYMENT
We except cash payments, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. We do not except any personal checks.Tips cannot be added to your credit card. It is advised to bring cash for tip, or the tip can be Venmo or cash app to the technician.
BOOKING
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. We recommend scheduling an appointment as clients who have standing appointments will be seen prior to those that do not. Please let us know prior to a service if you are pregnant or have any health conditions ( e.g.allergies, injuries) when making an appointment. If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATION
Appointments can be canceled three hours or more in advance by calling the salon so that we can fit in another client. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it is not always possible to give an adequate amount of notice when you can’t make an appointment. Please be aware that if you repeatedly cancel/no call-no show appointments we reserve the right to ask for a nonrefundable deposit to secure any future appointments and/or reserve the right to deny service in the future. Walk-ins are welcome.
15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
We understand that life happens and at times you may be running late. We offer a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call ahead to see if we are able to complete your service in full.
TARDINESS/ NO CALL-NO SHOWS
If you are aware that you will be more than 15 minutes tardy please call ahead to see if we can still accommodate you for your services. Repeat no call no shows will not be booked appointments and may be refused service.
REFUNDS
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please bring it to our attention before your payment. We strive to have every client leave pleased with their service(s). Once payment is rendered and you have left the establishment we can not be held responsible.
