Special Social Media Photo Event! Back for the Boo! – Spooky Photo Event
Capture the magic of the season with our “Back for the Boo!” Halloween-themed photo sessions. Designed to bring out the fun and festive side of fall, these sessions are perfect for individuals, couples, or families who want to create unforgettable seasonal memories. The event will be held on October 18th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Indian Mound Cemetery. Each session includes a 30-minute photo shoot for $25, with a pre-set location chosen to provide the perfect Halloween backdrop. Participants will receive five professionally edited photographs delivered digitally, along with a clear event contract to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience. Selected images may also be featured on Peachy Hines Photography’s social media platforms. All photos are delivered for personal use, while Peachy Hines Photography retains copyright.

Event Contract Included

"Booking a session with us ensures a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. Our contract outlines all the important details, including session date, location, pricing, deliverables, and usage rights. It protects both you and the photographer and ensures that expectations are clear. Key Points Covered: Booking & Deposit: Secure your session with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least [3] days in advance. If we need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded or applied to a future session. No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice will result in forfeiture of payment. Copyright & Usage: The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and personal display. Commercial use requires written permission. Delivery & Editing: Photos are professionally edited and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Having a contract ensures clarity, professionalism, and peace of mind for everyone involved."
