# Policy for Private Suite Clients *Communication and Scheduling* 1. All appointments will receive a welcome message with appointment information and location once the appointment is approved and the deposit is made. *Deposits and Payments* 1. New clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. 2. Once a consistent relationship is established with Urban Lotus, the deposit requirement will be waived. *Grace Period and Cancellation* 1. A 15-20 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, but only if communicated by the client in advance. 2. Failure to communicate late arrival or no-show will result in cancellation of the appointment. *Payment Methods* 1. Accepted payment methods include Zelle (410-419-6882) and Cash App ($urbanlotushairbody). *Fees* 1. No-call, no-show appointments will incur a $20 cancellation fee. 2. Appointments scheduled after 5:30 pm will incur a $15 after-hours fee. *Session Selection* 1. Please select loc sessions according to length to ensure accurate scheduling and pricing. *Private Suite Policy* 1. Urban Lotus is a private suite, and as such, no extra guests or children are allowed. 2. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful and focused environment for all clients. 3. If you arrive with an extra guest or child, your appointment will be canceled unless prior communication has been made to accommodate special circumstances. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
