Cancellation Policy: 

All services that require a deposit at booking must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointments for full refunds of the deposit values.  

Cancellations made between 24 hours to 48 hours prior to the appointments are not eligible for full refunds of the deposit values but eligible to be converted into salon credits for future use.
Cancellations made within 24 hours window prior to the appointments or no-shows will be considered as deposit forfeiture.
