BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and the time of our technicians. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please note the following:

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service value.

  • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service value. Frequent no-shows may require pre-payment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period.

  • Late Arrivals (10+ Mins): Your service may be shortened or modified to stay on schedule.

  • Rescheduling: If a late arrival prevents us from completing the service, you will be asked to reschedule and charged the 50% Late Cancellation Fee.

Booking Appointments & Group Requests

  • Technician Requests: You are welcome to request a specific nail technician by selecting their name from our staff list. If you do not have a preference, simply select "First Available" to be paired with one of our skilled professionals.

  • Group Reservations: Contact us directly at (610) 296-3882. Our team will be happy to assist in coordinating your group services to ensure you can all be serviced at the same time.
